This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, requesting replacements, and receiving refunds.

1. Return Window

• Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of package delivery.
• Requests initiated after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• It must be packed in its original brand packaging, including the retail box, user manuals, warranty cards, cables, chargers, and all in-box accessories.
• The original invoice, purchase receipt, and serial numbers/IMEI (if applicable) must be intact and match our records.
• Any item returned with physical damage, missing components, signs of tampering, or missing serial numbers will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Transit Damage or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, physically broken, or with missing items, notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Verification Proof: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving the package. Photos/videos of the package label, exterior box, and defective item are required to process claims for transit damage or incorrect items.
• Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories cannot be returned once delivered:

• Consumable accessories (e.g., screen protectors, tempered glass, adhesive mounts) once installed, peeled, or applied.
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, electrical surges, or unauthorized repair attempts.
• Products with broken manufacturer security seals or missing serial number tags.
• Clearance, final sale, or promotional gift items.

5. Return Process

2. Review & Approval: Our team will review the details within 24 to 48 business hours and approve the return if eligible.
3. Pickup / Return Shipping: A reverse pickup will be scheduled via our logistics partner. In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the parcel back to our fulfillment hub (shipping costs will be reimbursed upon inspection approval).
4. Quality Check (QC): Once the returned item reaches our facility, it undergoes an inspection within 2 business days to verify its condition.

7. Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order anytime before it has been dispatched for shipping. A 100% refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
• After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled directly. You can reject the delivery at the doorstep or initiate a return after receiving the parcel according to the terms above.
